4 ways the LucidLink Management Platform simplifies partner operations

Every new customer is a win. But as your business grows, so does the operational work behind the scenes.

Each customer brings more workspaces to track, invoices to reconcile, renewal dates to monitor and onboarding calls to run. None of that shows up in a deal count, but it's where a lot of the operational load lives.

We built the LucidLink Management Platform (LMP) to help simplify those day-to-day operational tasks, giving partners a single place to manage customers, billing and growth.

That way, your team spends less time switching between systems and more time delivering services, supporting customers and growing existing accounts.

Here's what that looks like in practice.

1. Manage every customer from one place

Managing one customer shouldn't mean managing multiple separate accounts.

With the new Organization entity, you can group multiple workspaces under a single customer account and manage them through one billing relationship.

Instead of juggling separate invoices for every workspace, billing is consolidated into one place, making it easier to manage growing customer environments.

End customers can’t see billing information, so you can maintain your commercial relationship while giving them the operational access they need.

2. See customer health at a glance

The best renewal conversations start long before the renewal date.

LMP's clients dashboard gives you a single view of every customer account, including storage utilization against capacity, workspace status and upcoming renewals.

Instead of checking individual accounts, you can quickly see which customers may need support, which are approaching capacity and where there may be opportunities to expand their deployment.

That makes it easier to prepare for renewals, identify expansion opportunities and have better customer conversations before issues become blockers.

3. Bring new customers online faster

Onboard customers without the back-and-forth.

Every new customer used to mean a manual trial request before onboarding could begin. Now you can create enterprise trials directly inside LMP.

It's a simpler onboarding experience for both your team and your customers.

4. Help customers move to LucidLink 3.x

Transition customers to LucidLink 3.x.

Many partners are supporting customers on both LucidLink 2.x and 3.x.

The self-service upgrade tool provides a structured way to transition customers to the latest platform, simplifying what was previously a more manual process.

Moving to 3.x also opens the door to new capabilities like LucidLink Connect and TeamCache, helping customers get more value from LucidLink while creating opportunities for you to grow the account.
